The amazing creation that is your home stands at the heart of the most coveted area in northern Tel Aviv. On a particularly small and quiet street stretching west from Independence Square, it offers shelter from the roar of the city alongside ideal proximity to what is important, attractive and suitable for you: from the tranquility of the park, the action at the new sports center, Herzliya Gymnasium and leading educational institutions, to up-to-date shops, neighborhood bars, relaxed coffee shops and tempting culinary gems.
Chan Macabi is a designer, illustrator, typographer and lecturer at Shenkar College. His main focus is creating graphic and typographic language. He created the unique calligraphic work presented here specifically for the Matmon Cohen 9 project by Noga Real Estate. Chan Malki's portfolio includes branding for lifestyle, restaurants, fashion, cultural events, television, music and entertainment. In the music field, one can find designs he created for Netta Barzilai, Shiri Maimon, Tuna, Haim Moshe, Margi, Yasmin Moalam and Feld.
The design of the building and apartments in the project is entrusted to the office of the leading architect Gidi Bar Oren.
The location is complemented by thoughtful planning and implementation work: a boutique 7-storey building with only 26 apartments, from the garden apartment to the meticulously crafted penthouse standard – in the unique design, quality of materials, adapted development and extra attention to every detail, from the doorstep to the underground parking and public spaces.
